There’s a little bit of everything on the menu , dinner highlights are the “Pitman’s Heritage Spatchcock Chicken” served with turmeric couscous, heirloom summer squash, slow baked apricots, toasted almonds and piquillo pepper, and the “Roasted Alaskan Halibut” served with pommes puree, tutti frutti sugar snap peas, fiddlehead ferns and lemon capers.
