the spot.

One of the most recent and arguably most creative openings by the Toscana Restaurant group, All Roads is a nod to Roman cuisine, specifically the Roman style pinsa. A type of pizza with ancient Roman origins, the pinsa characterized by its highly digestible light and airy crust, known for its long oval shape. You’ll also find pinsa inspired sandwiches, a selection of carefully curated Italian fine wines, and a chic flying donkey painted to the wall, with an origin story of it’s own.

the menu.

A wide variety of approachable Roman inspired dishes, pastas, pizzas, salads, and small plates. Entrees include the Branzino, served pan seared, with roasted romanesco and tartar sauce, the Fritto Misto, served with blue prawns, calamari, shrimp, scallops, zucchini, carrots, onions and tartar sauce, and the Steak Frittes, served flat iron steak and fries, with a Bourdier truffle butter. Pizzas include “Amatriciana”, made with San Marzano tomato, fiordilatte mozzarella, guanciale, basil, shallot, and pecorino, and the “Bianca”, made with fiordilatte mozzarella, parmigiano, challerhocker, caramelized onions, and black pepper.
