The Spot.

Opened by Sprinkles owners, Candace and Charles Nelson with actor and wife, Chris and Caroline O’Donnel, Pizzana is a great neighborhood spot for a delicious slice of pizza and a solid hang. Focused on “neo-Neapolitan-style” pizza, this process allows the dough to ferment for 2 days before using. Keeping the star of the show the pizza, the Brentwood location won’t wow you with the aesthetic and that’s ok. It’s an excellent slice of pizza and a great place for a solid hang.

The Menu.

With pastas, salads, and starters on the menu, the pizza is really the star of the show. Highlights include:

Neo Margherita Pizza- Made with San Marzano dop (tomatoes), fior di latte (fresh mozzarella), basil crumb, and basil.

Cacio E Pepe Pizza - Made with provoloncino di’agerola, (a type of sweet flavored mozzarella) fior di latte, (mozzarella) parmigiano crema, and cracked black pepper.

Mediterranea Pizza - Made with housemade lamb sausage, panna, fior di latte, cherry tomato confit, kalamata olive, parmigiano reggiano, tatziki crema, and fresh dill.

Funghi Pizza - Made with seasonal mushroom, fior di latte, fontina, and caramelized onion.
