The Spot.

Inspired by the Japanese culinary art of kaiseki, two star Michelin restaurant N/Naka offers a 13 course seafood-focused modern representation highlighting the finest seasonal ingredients from California and Japan’s land and sea.

At her restaurant, Chef Niki Nakayama uses the concept of kaiseki, a traditional multi course Japanese meal, emphasizing seasonal ingredients and the art of Japanese hospitality. With two Michelin stars and an episode on Netflix’s Chef’s Table, N/Naka is still a sought after dining experience.
