The Spot.
Opened by East Coast native, bagel enthusiast, Jason Kaplan, Maury’s bagels debuted its now well-known bagel offerings in 2014. Counter service and patio seating lined alongside the literal brick and mortar, Maury’s has become one of the go-to places to grab a bagel.
And if you’re wondering why a guy named Jason Kaplan named his bagel shop Maury’s, “Jason Maury Kaplan… bagels are his middle name.”

With a little bit of everything, both the bagel enthusiast and sceptic can satisfy their morning cravings with Maury’s classic offerings. Menu highlights include:
Bagel & Lox - Served with cream cheese, lox, red onions, and capers.
The Mori - Served as a toasted open-faced bagel with wasabi tobikko roe cream cheese, pickled cucumber, smoked salmon, and lemon zest.
Smoked Trout Bagel- Served with cream cheese, smoked trout, cucumber, and pickled red onion.
Pastrami Lox - Served with pastrami lox, cream cheese, tomatoes, and red onion.
