The Menu.
You’ll find small plates like Brussel Sprouts and Spicy Tuna Rice Cakes to start, then a variety of specialty sushi rolls, like the Firecracker roll with spicy tuna, cream cheese, cilantro, serrano, eel sauce, and Mexican spices.

Shiro Miso Tofu Steak - Black sesame crusted tofu with soy miso mushroom.
Hamachi Mango Salad- Made with seared yellowtail, mango, avocado, kaiware sprouts, cucumber, and carrots on a bed of organic greens, dried cranberries, served with ginger vinaigrette dressing,
Grilled Kama - Choice of yellowtail or salmon collar.
