The Spot.

Beer garden based around gin, opened by celebrity chef, Bradly Miller. A small brick storefront with a large backyard patio, located in the heart of Main St. just before Venice. Opened in 2016, Ashland Hill is owned by fifth generation Santa Monica locals, the Verge family, with a goal of bringing the local community something the neighborhood didn’t yet have: an outdoor beer garden.

The Menu.

Specializing in gin-focused cocktails, you’ll find a large variety of gins, a small wine collection and rotating beers. The dinner menu has a little bit of everything, highlights including:

Tahini Rice Bowl - Jasmine Rice sautéed with mushrooms, roasted brussels, carrots, butternut Squash, and drizzled tahini. Your choice of cumin chicken or falafel.

Fish & Chips - Beer battered cod, herb parmesan fries, coleslaw, and tartar sauce.

Hot Chicken Sandwich - Corn flake fried chicken, garlic aioli, pickles, lettuce, and nashville sauce.

Mexican Steak Salad - Mixed greens, corn, black beans, avocado, pico de gallo, crispy shallots, tortilla chips, served with creamy fresno dressing.
