Located in this mid century courtyard motel turned into a luxury boutique hotel, Cara Restaurant is a tranquil oasis centered around a calming reflection pool. Palm trees and sandstone color schemes are sprinkled throughout the courtyard, creating the ambience for a relaxing dining experience.
The Menu.
Farm fresh fare with an Italian accent, the seasonal menu highlights include:
Grilled Shrimp- Served with buttered basmati rice, tomato, parsley, and butternut squash.
Filet Mignon - A 6oz grass fed Black Angus, served with caramelized onions jus, and herbed butter.
Pesto Burrata Pasta- Served in house made pesto sauce, 24 month-aged parmesan, and pine nuts.
Grilled Whole Branzino (for 2) -Served with citrus salad, lemon beurre blanc, and parsley.
