All day Jewish deli serving up bagels, sandwiches, and latkes. Originally opened in 2012 a small pop-up, the growth from that to a takeout window, and now a full service Jewish delicatessen proves that the Eastside knows a good bagel spot when they see it.
You’ll feel like you’ve just stepped into the 70’s with a very cool and retro vibe inside, complete with brown and creme checkered floors, leather banquettes and booths, and exposed brick walls.
The Menu.
Come for the latkes, stay for the pickled martini, served with Uncle Val’s botanical gin, manzanilla sherry, and full sour pickle brine. With a solid bar program, here a few food highlights:
Westlake - Hot pastrami, slaw, swiss and russian dressing on double baked rye.
Shroom Schnitzel - Breaded King oyster mushrooms, marinated cabbage, herbs, sweet hot peppers and russian dressing on a potato roll.
Broc Melt - Broccolini, sharp cheddar, chopped egg, pickled onion, tomato and russian dressing on griddled rye.
Reuben - Hot pastrami, kraut, swiss and russian dressing on griddled rye.
