The Spot.
The quintessential Jewish deli, first opened in 1945 by the namesake, Nate Rimer and Al Mendelson, has since become a Beverly Hills landmark. Always some sort of a crowd, outfitted in plush leather banquettes and deli items in a display case, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to your favorite jewish aunt’s place.
The Menu.
Nate’n Al ay not be on the Michelin guide but that’s not really the appeal. You’ll find a little bit of everything on the menu but sandwiches are where they shine. Menu highlights include:
Nate’n Al- Signature sandwich made with pastrami, lettuce, tomato, and russian dressing.
The Canon - Signature sandwich made with corned beef, pastrami, swiss, cole slaw, and russian dressing.
