The Spot.

Opened by food critics, Emily Fiffer and Heather Sperling, with a shared experience of over 20+ years writing reviews, attending global culinary conferences and even apprenticing in London restaurants. With a farmer’s market driven menu, seasonal cocktails, and a small marketplace, the space is versatilely light and airy for brunch, and dimly lit and romantic for dinner.

The Menu.

Simple yet innovative, the seasonal menu is comprised of 3 main sections, Snacks, Vegetables, and Seafood & Meat. Highlights include:

Olive-Oil-Poached Mount Lassen Trout - Served with summer squash, fennel, sungold tomatoes, and chermoula.

Botanica Burger- SErved with Mushroom Magic-Spiced beef, seared red onion, lettuces, goat gouda, aioli and dijon on Bub & Grandma's potato bun

Gilda Martini - Made with vodka or gin, Carpano dry vermouth, brine, garnished with a basque pepper, olive and anchovy 

White Mezcal Negroni - Made with Bahnez mezcal, Lillet Blanc, and Mommempop orange.
