The Spot.

Upscale Japanese restaurant, serving decadent handrolls and izakaya dishes. The name Norikaya quite literally means hand roll “Nori”, and izakaya/small bites, “Kaya”.

Recessed lighting and a dark U shaped bar anchor the space to invite a truly creative experience watching these Norikaya chefs work their culinary magic.

The Menu.

The menu is split between handrolls and izakaya dishes, with a wide variety of sake options to accompany. Dinner highlights include:

Ssam Lobster Sushi Roll - Baked with lobster, ssam aioli, crunchy garlic chili flakes, micro wasabi and pickled red pearl onion, wrapped in soy paper.

La Galbi Tacos- served with gyoza skin, white onion, ssam aioli, sweet soy glaze kurobuta pork, serrano, and cherry tomatoes.

Seared Scallop Sushi Roll - Seared U10 scallop, kimchi amazu, pickled wasabi radish, wasabi sesame seeds, and fried sweet potato chips.
