Opened in 2010 in West Hollywood, Salt’s Cure has been emphasizing whole animal butchery and farm-to-table cuisine crafted from the freshest locally sourced ingredients from the farmer’s market since.

Sandwiches, bowls, salads, and toasts, the menu is simple and straightforward without compromising the integrity of the ingredients. Also includes “special cuts”, featuring an 8oz grass-fed hanger steak, served with 2 eggs and arugula with béarnaise, and 16oz pork chop, served with applesauce, sweet onion brown butter, and braised greens.
