With Yucatan inspired cuisine and cocktails, a reed tunnel entrance, and lush outdoor dining space, this garden like oasis will make you feel like you’ve just been transported to the freshest of Tulum resorts. Located in the Tommie Hotel, Chef Wes Avila, formally of Guerrilla Tacos, explores the flavors of the Yucatan Peninsula with a fresh take on its ancient cuisine.
The Menu.
Seafood leaning, the Yucatan-style menu is separated into seafood, for the table, and snacks. Appetizer and Dinner Highlights include:
Tacos Fritos- served with shrimp, russet potatoes, marisco salsa, and avocado.
Crab Enchiladas - served with blue crab, salsa roja y verde, yukon gold, queso fresco, and chipotle crema.
Pescado Zarandeado- served with whole fish, tomatillo salsa, salsa roja, charred lime, arugula herb salad and pickled fresnos.
Ricado Negro Short Rib - a char-braised 12oz prime short rib, served with corn huarache, queso fresco, and au jus.s.
