Cocktail bar opened in 2021 right off Eagle Rock Blvd in art deco building with the same art-deco feel inside with turn of the century details like a curved ceiling, exposed brick, and plush velvet banquette for seating. Named after a land grant in 1874 ceding the area to a man named Jose Maria Vedugo, the cocktail bar pays homage to it’s Glassel Park roots.

The menu features their spin on classic cocktails, as well as their own in house specialty cocktails like “The Rodriquez,” made with mezcal, Bianco vermouth, and amaro Angeleno, or the “Chimney Sweep”, made with bourbon, carpano antica, cynar, lemon, simple syrup, and Burma tonic. In additon to cocktails, the Grant also serves on-tap natural wine, a range of low ABV and nonalcoholic beverages as well as LA beer options. Catch food venders outside on different nights like Shucks Oyster Company and the Doobie Burgers.

Open weekdays at 4pm, 2pm on Saturday and Sundays. Happy Hour runs daily, Monday through Friday from 4pm-6pm, Satuday from 2pm-6pm, and Sunday, 2pm-8pm.
