With only a few seasonally rotating items, the menu is a simple and thoughtfully curated small selection of southern leaning dishes. Menu highlights include:
Chopped Chicken Liver - Served with bacon, rosemary, and onion preserves.
Mt. Lassen Rainbow Trout - Served with rosebank grits, purple cherokee tomato, and bacon vinaigrette.
Mushroom-Crusted Pork Chop - Served with smoked lard and thyme.
Beef Ribeye- Served with smoked bone marrow and sea salt.
