The Spot.
Yet another pandemic opening, Grá and its Irish founder have once again proven the City of Angels to be the resilient and culinary inspired city we all know it to be. With a love for pizza and a gluten intolerance, owner Michael McSharry quickly became obsessed with the fermentation process around sourdough bread and it’s ability to provide the pizza experience he and others with similar intolerances could enjoy. The restaurant has a rustic “lived in” feel, matching that of his crackling sourdough crusts, and a shabby open kitchen, putting the wood fire pizza magic on display.

The Menu.
With a “to the point” kind of menu, the offerings are simple and straightforward. Pizza highlights include:
Stracciatella & Proscuitto - Tomato sauce, basil, coffee-infused honey, and garlic.
White - Pistachio pesto, mozzarella, ricotta, and lemon.
Kimchi - Tomato kimchi sauce, gouda, buffalo mozzarella, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Primavera Pizza- Stinging nettle puree, baby squash and blossoms, gouda, lime leaf oil, and tallegio.
