the menu.

With non breakfast food options like the Migas dishes, ranch salad, and any time tacos, the real stars are the mouth watering breakfast tacos. Try the “Pecos” with just eggs and slow cooked brisket or the “Don’t Mess With Texas”, served with refried pinto beans, bacon, potatoes, and cheddar. If you’re coming in for an extra good time, try the Ranch water, made with artisanal tequila, freshly squeezed lemon + lime juice and topped with topo chico.

Open daily at 8am, closing at 10pm Sunday through Thursday, and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. No reservations, counter service and patio seating available.
