Ethiopian cuisine in an eclectically designed interior, in the middle of a strip mall. Though the description may not have you drooling at the aesthetic potential, this spot has all the right ingredients to make it a worthwhile visit.

Doro Wat - Ethiopia's national dish of Berbere braised Mary's Organic Chicken with hard boiled egg, Onions & Ethiopian spices, served with Ethiopian salad.

Whole Crispy Trout - Whole crispy trout served with senafich & tomato-chili sauce, served with Ethiopian salad.

Dereq Tips- Pan fried crispy eef, serrano, rosemary, onion, served With senafich sauce & mitmita, served with Ethiopian Salad.

Basque Cheesecake- Served with burnt caramel sauce.
