The Spot.

French inspired rooftop bistro with two separate rooftop bars stacked on top of each other, the ground level elevator takes you to the 13th floor, then another speakeasy type elevator takes you the rest of the way to the Perch. The indoor bar/restaurant flows onto the outdoor patio making the space feel expansive with impressive views of the downtown.

The Menu.

Menu highlights include:

Bouillabaisse- Served with fruits de mer, linguisa sausage, seasonal vegetables, and saffron shellfish broth.

Steak Frites- Flat iron steak, maître d’ butter, bordelaise, and truffle cheese fries.

Boeuf Bordelaise - Braised short rib, roasted garlic - potato puree, rainbow beets, and pearl onions.

Chilean Seabass - Served with creamy risotto, baby carrots, maitake mushrooms, fennel, and lemon-caper beurre blanc.
