The Spot.
Chef driven, gourmet food concept opened in 2011, specializing in egg-centric breakfast. With multiple locations worldwide, this spot is the original. With counter service and a small amount of seating, grab. your egg dish and go explore Grand Central Market or the Bradbury Building across the street. Known for its beautiful architecture and as the filming location of the classic Indie Hit, “500 Days of Summer” with Joey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

Known for their classic breakfast sandwiches, the menu now serves a cheeseburger option as well. Menu highlights include:
Slut - Cage-free coddled egg on top of a smooth potato purée, poached in a glass jar, topped with gray salt and chives, served with slices of baguette.
Truffle Hashbrown - Mini seasoned hashbrowns tossed in duck fat and finished with truffle rosemary salt.
Fairfax - Cage-free soft scrambled eggs and chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo in a warm brioche bun.
Gaucho - Seared wagyu tri-tip steak, cage-free over medium egg, chimichurri, red onions and dressed arugula in a warm brioche bun.
