The Spot.

Formally an auto body shop, Billy Silverman and Mexicali Taco & Co co-founder Esdras Ochoa created this taco and craft beer destination. With a desert like patio and an indoor outdoor bar concept, Salazar quickly feels less like an Eastside gem, and more like a vacation out of the city.

The Menu.

​​Pescado Estilo Baja - Battered rock cod, flour tortilla, cabbage slaw, chipotle mayo, and pico de gallo.

Adobo Duroc Pork Chop  - Heritage chop, served with pineapple, zucchini, potatoes, peppers, ancho chile bbq sauce, and flour tortillas 

Mezcalita de Piña - Specialty cocktail made with The Producer mezcal, pineapple, cilantro, and jalapeño.

Ranch Water - Specialty cocktail made with Cazcabel tequila or The Producer mezcal, lime, and soda.
